June 8, 2009 – Bike Ride from Follansbee to Beech Bottom to Brooke High, to Follansbee

Brooke Hills “Pie” Run (3.14 miles) Went on jog through BHP with Foose & these are the stats from the workout. Nothing award-winning, but it was a nice day to get out & go.
