All I can say for this one is “Ouch!”
Running any distance race can feel like Death is waiting for you with Powerade.

He came in second. Funny thing was my nickname in college T&F was “Number 2 (#2).” Do not think for a second it was because I was horrible at running. I kick your butt for thinking that. Haha!
