You guys in the 4×8 didn’t tell me you had such a close finish with the Beaver Local team! .10 difference between 3rd & 4th in that race.

Overall, I’m happy with the performances and hope you carry that feeling into Regionals this Wednesday. Get ready to race harder than you’ve raced all season.

Short fast workouts this week. The main focus will be race tactics and foot turnover. I’m still seeing people cut in way too early and getting “boxed in” when they shouldn’t. We also need to cover passing on turns Monday or Tuesday.

We’re doing well. Let’s keep the momentum going for one more lap.
