Fartlek Workouts

I have provided a copy of my tentative practice schedule for this season. It includes meet times and locations. Also available are explanations of Fartlek runs, Dynamic Stretches, and the “bad weather” conditioning. You probably know it better as the “Stretch, Form Drills, Abdominal, Jump Rope, Countdown” workout.

This is a courtesy to all distance members. It will save you from asking everyday, “What are we doing today?” Better yet, you will be able to prepare yourselves mentally for the tasks at hand.
